The Vanilla Muffins
The vanilla muffins is a gluten free, low carb, and high protein simple breakfast and/or on – the – go meal replacement.
Ingredients
- 2 organic free-range whole eggs
- 3 tbsp. organic free-range egg white
- Protein powder, vanilla flavour, 1 or 2 scoop depends on your protein powder
- 1 tbsp. coconut flour or almond flour
- 4 tbsp. organic cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. swerve
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350•F
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
- Prepare 6 muffin cups in a baking pan, silicon or paper cups
- Pour the mixture batter into 6 muffin cups evenly
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
