Almond Cacao Smoothie

Make 2 servings

Ingredients:  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk  
  • 1 scoop vegan protein or collagen protein  
  • 1 small avocado 
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder  
  • 1 tsp. almond extract  
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 cups loosely packed baby kale  

Directions:  

Put all ingredients in a blender and starting a low speed and working up to high speed until smooth
