The vanilla muffins is a gluten free, low carb, and high protein simple breakfast and/or on – the – go meal replacement.

Ingredients:

  • 2 organic free range whole eggs
  • 3 tbsp. organic free range egg white
  • Protein powder, vanilla flavour, 1 or 2 scoop depends on your protein power
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour or almond flour
  • 4 tbsp. organic cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. swerve
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350•F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
  3. Prepare 6 muffin cups in a baking pan, silicon or paper cups
  4. Pourthe the mixture batter in 6 muffin cups evenly
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
