Sweet Potato Hummus
Introducing the delectable Sweet Potato Hummus recipe, a delightful twist on traditional hummus!
Make 8 servings (1 serving = 1/3 cup)Â
 Ingredients: Â
- 1 large sweet potato (12-14 oz) , cooked, mashed Â
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsedÂ
- ¼ cup tahiniÂ
- ¼ cup fresh lemon, juicedÂ
- 3 tbsp. organic avocado oil Â
- 1 small clove garlic, halved Â
- 1.5 tsp ground cuminÂ
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional) Â
 Directions: Â
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smoothÂ
- Serve with vegetables or seed crackers. Â
